We continuously refine and expand our services to enhance convenience for both residents
and management, with all services carefully and privately managed through our membership system.

Parcel & Grocery Delivery Handling
KSL Concierge offers secure parcel holding at our Head Office when you are not home. We can also accept Coles and Woolworths online grocery deliveries on your behalf. Please note that fridge and freezer space is limited, and KSL cannot be responsible for perishable items. We recommend selecting a delivery time that allows prompt collection.
Pickup Location: Rental Office, Ground Floor, 9 Machinery St, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 / You will receive an SMS notification once your delivery arrives. Collection is available during our operating hours.
Important Notes

KSL holds parcels after delivery but is not responsible for damage or issues during shipping or transit.

As we do not have refrigerated or frozen storage, we cannot accept responsibility for perishable items.

Furniture, oversized items, and bulk goods cannot be accepted.

This service is limited to standard parcels and regular grocery deliveries only.

Instant Building Updates
If any building-related issues, maintenance work, or unexpected faults arise, our team will notify you immediately.
We ensure residents stay informed in real time so you always know what is happening in your building.

Introduction to Our Primary Technicians

If an issue arises in your unit and you are unsure who to contact for repairs, we are here to assist. We can provide the contact details of our trusted and verified technicians, including specialists we regularly work with for plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs,
and general maintenance.
Please note that this service is limited to sharing supplier contact details only. We do not provide technical advice, diagnose issues, or arrange or manage maintenance works on your behalf. Our role is simply to connect you with suitable technicians so you can engage them directly.

In-House Internet – Membership Benefits
Members can enjoy exclusive Move Up Internet benefits based
on their KSL membership tier. Some memberships include a complimentary free period, allowing you to start using high-speed internet from day one at no upfront cost.
While you may choose any internet provider, selecting Move Up offers competitive pricing and plans tailored for King Street Living residents. After the free period ends, simply set up your personal Move Up account to continue the service without interruption. Our team is happy to assist with a smooth setup.

Laundry Handling
KSL partners with Jim’s Laundry to offer convenient and reliable laundry services for our members. A standard load (based on 10kg volume) is $66, which includes washing, drying, folding, pickup, and return — all in one simple price.
Please note that pricing is determined by volume, not weight.
For hygiene and quality assurance, all laundry is processed individually, ensuring your items are washed separately from others.
Please note that dry cleaning is not included in this service.
Our office acts as a pick-up and drop-off point only, while all laundry services are completed directly by Jim’s Laundry. Invoices will be issued by Jim’s Laundry upon completion of the service.
