Service Description

Please select the closest available time slot for your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with your designated car park number. For roller door access to the car park, the person who invited you will need to arrange entry for you. The remote for the bollard must be collected from our office during office hours (9:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday). The bollard can be lowered to allow access to your allocated car space. Please ensure the bollard remote is collected prior to arrival and returned after use. After hours, the remote can be returned via our letterbox located at 9 Machinery St, Bowen Hills, Brisbane QLD 4006. If you wish to use the complimentary visitor parking during the weekend, please make a booking during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm) and collect the bollard remote in advance. Cancellation Policy

Complimentary Visitor Car Park Policy The complimentary visitor car park is provided exclusively for KSL member tenants and owners for the convenience of their guests. Booking & Allocation All bookings must be made through the KSL website. Car park spaces are subject to availability and will be allocated upon booking confirmation. Usage Conditions Each booking allows use of the visitor car park for a maximum of 4 hours per day. The space is strictly for visitors (family or friends) of KSL members only. The car park must not be used by residents for personal or long-term parking. Compliance Vehicles must be parked only in the allocated space and within the approved booking time. Any misuse or overstaying may result in cancellation of access and/or restrictions on future bookings. General Management reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings if required. This is a complimentary service and may be withdrawn at any time with notice.
